You have 14 days in which to change your mind. This is your right under Lög um neytendasamninga nr. 16/2016.
1. Your right of withdrawal
You may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The 14 days begin on the day the parcel is received by you, or by a person you have nominated. For Dropp Pickup and Póstbox, this is the day on which you collect it.
2. How to withdraw
Before the 14 days have elapsed, send us a clear statement of your decision, for example by email to contact@le-benic.com. You may use the model form below, although you are not required to. We will confirm receipt by email.
3. Returning the product
Return the product within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal.

4. Your refund
We refund everything you have paid, including the original delivery charge up to the price of the least expensive delivery method we offer, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal. The refund is made to the same card or wallet, at no cost to you. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product, or proof that you have sent it.
You are liable only for any diminished value resulting from handling the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature.
5. Sealed products
Skincare is a hygiene product. If a product is delivered sealed and the seal is broken after delivery, the right of withdrawal no longer applies to it (Lög nr. 16/2016, Article 18(e)). An unopened product with its seal intact may always be returned within the 14 days.
6. Damaged or defective products
A damaged or defective product is not a matter of withdrawal. Your rights apply whether or not the product has been opened, and LE BENIC bears the cost of its return. See Consumer Rights.
7. Model withdrawal form
