We deliver within Iceland only, by Dropp and Pósturinn.
1. Delivery methods
- Dropp Pickup — collect your parcel from a Dropp location.
- Dropp Home Delivery — delivered to your door.
- Póstbox — collect your parcel from a Pósturinn parcel locker.
- Pósturinn Home Delivery — delivered to your door.
Your phone number and email address are passed to the carrier for delivery notifications.
2. Delivery costs
The price of each method is shown at checkout for your address and is included in the total before you pay. Nothing is added afterwards.

3. Delivery times
Delivery within Iceland takes 2–4 days. If we are unable to deliver within that time, we will let you know by email. Should a delivery be late, you may set a reasonable additional period and, if it is not met, cancel the order for a full refund (Lög um neytendakaup nr. 48/2003).
4. Responsibility for the parcel
LE BENIC remains responsible for the parcel until you receive it at home or collect it. If it arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, write to contact@le-benic.com and we will send a replacement or refund you.
If a parcel is not collected within the carrier’s collection period, it is returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange what happens next.
